ProKolor announces the opening of its new production and warehouse facility to establish production of their water-based PVCu coatings in the UK; reducing lead times and improving service levels to their expanding UK customer base.

As exclusive UK distributors of Berger-Zobel’s market-leading and ecologically sustainable Zowo-Plast® product range, we have initially operated with a direct import model supplying finished products manufactured at the Berger-Zobel facilities in Germany directly to our UK customers. This cost-effective model has been very successful in allowing us to build market share for our highly sustainable water-based PVCu paints with very competitive prices and lead-times.
Our market success to date and the growing pipeline of demand and new opportunities that we are now responding to, makes this exactly the right time to invest in our new production facilities and to further improve the service that we can offer our UK customers.
The primary benefit that we will immediately bring to our customers will be to improve our standard lead-time to a 48-hour service. If required, we will also be able to offer a next day service in response to high-priority orders. Delivery lead-times will also be assured as we remove the customs’ related processes from our customer supply chain.
